We use a natural, organic flour imported from Italy. We use domestic organic tomatoes. We use a beautiful imported mozzarella.
We make a style of Roman pizza that is thinner, crispier and is shaped almost like a rectangle. Typical of some of our favorite Roman bakeries like Forno Campo di Fiori & Roscioli.
We have a few pastas on our menu. We also make calzone.
We make sandwiches (Panino) on our housemade Schiacciata bread.
We make traditional fried foods like Arancini, Suppli, Carciofo & Zucchini.
We focus on beer & Natural Wine, mostly from Italy, but we also make a few different types of Spritzes and a nice Negroni.
We are a small place with few tables, and we take a finite number of reservations.
